Description:
Mental health is the main problem, so on this day we invite residents to an unconventional and innovative therapy - Forest bathing therapy. The city of Kaunas has a lot of green spaces, so we decided to use them to improve mental health. A group session will be held in the city park, during which the participants will learn to experience nature with all their senses, reduce stress and internal tension, and improve their mood and sleep quality.

In commemoration of this day, we invite you to the improvisational game "Mafia", the form of which will allow participants to empathize with real situations and be in the role of a polluter or an honest resident. The polluter search game will allow participants to discuss why the environment is important to them and in what ways they contribute to our environment. The purpose of the event is to draw attention to the health of the planet.

Description:
Older age is one of the stages of life, not the end of life. We invite people who have reached retirement age to a discussion about healthy and positive old age, about new and undiscovered opportunities after retirement. The round table discussion will take place in the museum, it is a great example of how the culture and health sectors can unite in the name of better health of the population and its maintenance throughout the life cycle.

Description:
We want to draw attention to the opinion of young people on how to improve the health of city residents, what innovative solutions are missing so that residents can take better care of their health. On this day, we will announce the winners of the contest "I create a healthy Kaunas". Teams of students from grades 5-8 participate in the competition, and they have to create a three-dimensional image model depicting new and innovative health-friendly ideas that encourage healthier living.
