Why use this toolkit?
This toolkit provides a selection of ready-to-use resources to assist in communicating with your audiences, especially through social media, newsletters, and websites. Inside, you will find:

Altering the materials
To maximize the impact of your communications, you may wish to translate some materials into your local language. For materials that allow for translation, editable versions are available. However, please note:
- Visual elements must not be altered in any way.
- The slogan “Innovation for Resilience: Shaping a Sustainable Future” and the themes of the five days must remain unchanged.
Tips for promoting EUPHW and public health messages
Here are some simple and effective ways to help spread the word and engage your audience:
- Use the event host template: If you are hosting an event, the template will guide you on how to get started and ensure a successful event promotion.
- Disseminate your event: Make sure your event details reach the right people by sharing them across relevant channels.
- Engage on social media: Follow and re-post content from @EUPHActs and use #EUPHW to boost visibility.
- Join EUPHW events: Explore which EUPHW events are happening near you and online. Whether in person or virtually, participating in these events can make a huge difference.
- Use #EUPHW: Share your thoughts on social media about the events you attend by using the hashtag #EUPHW
By using this toolkit, you are helping to raise awareness about the importance of public health and encouraging action across Europe.
