Event type:  Conference
Event format:In-person
Description:Improving living and working conditions, medical advances, and the growing popularity of a healthy lifestyle have led to decreasing mortality and increasing life expectancy. As the number of older people increases, the goal is to stay healthy as long as possible, live in the community, and meet their social needs. As society ages, there is a need to create conditions for dignified, healthy, and active aging of the population. To mark this day, we invite seniors to the event “Art and Culture – a Source of Health.” This is an event that invites seniors to look at art and culture as a means of strengthening emotional health. During the event, participants will be able to attend bibliographies, presentations on music and art therapies, and a presentation on how to distinguish art from art therapy. The event will culminate with a concert.
