Description:Kaunas Clinics - is the largest multi-profile medical institution in Lithuania, with the largest number of employees in Lithuania - almost 8,000. Clinic doctors, nurses and other healthcare and support staff are guided by the principles of respect for patients and humanity, using the most advanced medical achievements, providing the highest quality treatment services. However, work in a medical institution remains intense and stressful. In order to maintain high-quality services, it is necessary to take care of the health of employees and protect them from burnout. To draw attention to the emotional health of employees, we are organizing a line dance event - Dance for Mental Health.
