Description: | The topic of healthy aging is central to modern society, especially in the context of an aging population, multimorbidity and the digital transformation of healthcare. Digital technologies offer new tools for support, but also new barriers. The goal is not just a long life, but a quality life in health. By leveraging technological advances, digital health interventions have the potential to empower older adults to actively participate in the management of their health, thus facilitating early identification, prevention and the provision of individualized care. The event is designed for nursing students and includes a discussion. |
