Description: | Effect of Smartphone Usage on Neck Pain. Neck pain is a growing problem in society, affecting people of all ages, but especially young adults, due to prolonged computer/phone use, desk work, poor posture, stress and reduced physical activity. Recent studies have shown an association between increased mobile phones use and an increase in the incidence of neck pain. Prolonged use of electronic devices, exceeding three hours per day, is a significant risk factor. Timely assessment and prevention of this condition will significantly improve people's condition and lifestyle. |
