Description: | The "Painfree"; seminar, organized by SWU "Neofit Rilski", department of Kinesitherapy and “BG and Sport for All”, aims to familiarize participants with the widespread problem of back pain and to increase knowledge of the causes and practical preventive measures through physical activity and sport among a large contingent of people with these complaints. The goal is to present a systematic program of evidence-based techniques that can help everyone manage their back pain and improve their well-being and quality of life. Students, as future public health professionals, will be introduced to the management of back pain, which will contribute to the enhancement of their knowledge in the process of building their professional skills on the subject. |
