| Description: | Mental health is the main problem, so on this day we invite residents to an unconventional and innovative therapy - Forest bathing therapy. The city of Kaunas has a lot of green spaces, so we decided to use them to improve mental health. A group session will be held in the city park, during which the participants will learn to experience nature with all their senses, reduce stress and internal tension, and improve their mood and sleep quality. |
