Description:Join us for Nordic Walking and outdoor sports activities at Železná studnička in Bratislava. This event brings together mental health professionals and patients from the psychiatric day hospital of the Department of Psychiatry at Comenius University and University Hospital Bratislava. The activity promotes physical exercise as an important component of mental health care and recovery, while fostering social connections in a natural environment. Participants will also benefit from the presence of a therapy dog, enhancing the therapeutic value of the experience through animal-assisted intervention. The event demonstrates practical approaches to integrating physical activity and animal therapy into mental health treatment programs and supports patient wellbeing through accessible outdoor activities.
