Description:VSE CITY RUN is an original concept of charity runs held in the city centers of eastern Slovakia. The first starting shot was fired in 2008 in Košice, and today the event ranks among the largest of its kind in Slovakia. More than 46,000 runners have actively participated in 7 cities, and the total value of charitable contributions has already reached nearly EUR 177,000. The project traditionally involves children, seniors, amateur athletes, sports clubs, students, and well-known personalities. The entry fee from the non-competitive 4 km run is fully donated each year to a ed beneficiary. The proceeds from the entry fees are further increased by a financial donation from the general partner – brand VSE, which has supported the project since its inception.
