| Description: | An interactive workshop for older adults will focus on promoting active aging and digital health literacy (DHL). Potentially modifiable factors (high blood pressure, high LDL cholesterol, diabetes mellitus, obesity, physical inactivity) that may contribute to an increased risk of dementia will be identified via measuring blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, body weight, body fat, muscle mass, and BMI. A short counselling by community pharmacists will be provided. Participants will also be invited to participate in a survey mapping the DHL level and educational needs that will be used for the preparation of tailored intervention program. |
