Description:In recent years, we have seen a significant increase in interest in cycling. This phenomenon can be explained by several key factors - health, environmental and technological. Cycling improves cardiovascular health, controls weight, strengthens muscles, reduces stress and improves mental well-being. As an environmentally friendly means of transportation, cycling reduces pollution and congestion. Technological advances in the field of bicycles make cycling more enjoyable and accessible to a wide range of people. These factors lead to a growing interest in cycling as a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
