| Description: | ‘SprachFit’ and school enrolment screening - promoting equal health opportunities right from the start.
Language skills are a central key to educational success. In Baden-Württemberg, the ‘SprachFit’ programme of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport uses five pillars to provide targeted support for children with intensive language support needs - starting one year before they start school. One of the foundations for participation in the programme is the overall assessment of language development by the school doctor during the school enrolment examination. |
