| Description: | The State Institution "Odessa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" at the initiative of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is conducting an anonymous survey of the population on the state of health and its dependence on health determinants (use of tobacco and alcohol products, unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity). The data obtained will be used for more effective implementation of state policy in the field of public health. HEALTH DETERMINANTS are a complex of individual, social, economic and environmental factors that determine the state and level of health of individual people, population groups and the nation as a whole. Please read the questions carefully and answer them. |
