Description:Associate Professor Desislava Gyurova, PhD will conduct from 13:00 to 15:00 in front of assistant pharmacists from the Medical College at the Medical University Pleven. The course aims to present the main types of chemical contaminants in food: pesticides, heavy metals, nitrates, nitrites and nitrosamines, pesticides. The main concepts will be discussed: food toxicoinfections and food intoxications in microbiological contamination, as well as the principles and rules for packaging and labeling of food products.
