Description:speech by a leading specialist of the Department of Epidemiological Surveillance and Prevention of the National Institute of Health of the State Institution "Kyiv City Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health" on the health hazards of excessive salt consumption. Products - record holders in the amount of salt, which are widely used in the daily diet of Ukrainians. General recommendations for reducing the amount of salt in the diet and what rules must be followed for a healthy and safe diet. Diseases that provoke an excess of salt in the human body. Proposals for reducing and replacing NaCl in everyday food products (bread and bakery products, etc.).
