Description: | What is the 20-20-2 rule? After 20 minutes of close work (reading, screen use):
- children should gaze at objects in the distance for at least 20 seconds
- and they should be outside intermittently for at least 2 hours per day
Aim: reducing the incidence of myopia and slowing progression Our interdisciplinary network 'View Outside' actively promotes for each child to spend 2 hours outdoor each day. Be inspired to do the same today. |
