Description:mini-lecture: how important is mental health for a doctor (examples from real practice) - creation and discussion of projects on the topic: supporting the well-being of doctors in hospitals, how can students support their mental health and help support the mental health of medical workers? - "anti-stress zone": breathing exercises, meditation, etc., to practically show how to reduce stress levels right in the workplace (working with a psychologist) - a small presentation of existing projects that are constantly being carried out by the KhNMU team to support mental health; mention of the mental health center based on the KhNMU University Hospital
