Description:Meeting and physical activity with a group of elderly people 60+ to promote an active lifestyle among other community residents. Fitness and moderate exercise will help maintain muscle tone. Physical activity has a positive effect on the functioning of internal organs. This minimizes the risk of developing diseases such as obesity and Alzheimer's disease. These activities improve coordination, joint mobility, breathing, and overall health. Regular physical exercise can have a beneficial effect on the body, which is why sports for the elderly are important.
