Input 2 - Technologies to promote the resilience and mental health of carers

To mark EUPHW, Physicians Association for Nutrition (PAN) will host an interactive online challenge on 13 May, aligned with the theme “Global Health: Food Systems, Health Security, Climate, and Sustainability.” Hosted on our free global platform for healthcare and nutrition professionals , the activity features four open-ended prompts designed to foster critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical reflection on sustainable diets and resilient health systems. Participants will engage through dialogue and peer feedback, with the most endorsed response receiving complimentary access to our flagship course Prevent Disease with Diet and digital Healthy Recipe Book. This initiative also offers valuable networking and professional exchange opportunities.

‘SprachFit’ and school enrolment screening - promoting equal health opportunities right from the start.
Language skills are a central key to educational success. In Baden-Württemberg, the ‘SprachFit’ programme of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport uses five pillars to provide targeted support for children with intensive language support needs - starting one year before they start school. One of the foundations for participation in the programme is the overall assessment of language development by the school doctor during the school enrolment examination.
