Description:A poor psychosocial work environment can have significant negative effects on workers' health, special in CODIV-19 context, in health workers. Psychosocial risks occur in every workplace, but they can be successfully assessed and managed, ifr the organizations “Staying together for mental health”. This webinar provided support and guidance for enviornmental health workers in managing work-related stress and psychosocial risks, in COVID-19 era.
