This objective has three specific actions:
- Bringing future generations of public health professionals into the European multidisciplinary public health community
- Preparing future generations of public health professionals for their leadership role, by building their capacity and knowledge
- Ensuring that the training and education of new public health professionals is appropriate to this leadership role
