Dear colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that I extend to you my greetings and welcome you all to the virtual edition of the European Public Health Conference over the next 4 days.

I have a few important appointments for you all:

Firstly, we have our annual Join the Network meeting which I hope you will all attend and at which we can discuss burning issues both about the section and about Chronic diseases during Covid-19 times. This is scheduled for Friday November 12^th between 12.40 and 13.40 central European time (CET).

On Wednesday 10^th between 1610 and 1710 CET the Workshop entitled Emerging Health Behavioural Risk Factors for Mental Health: a life course perspective will be jointly coordinated by our section and the Public Mental Health section.

Also, on Wednesday 10^th between 1720 and 1820 in room P is the Workshop entitled Disasters and Mental Health with our colleagues from the public Mental Health section.

The next is on Thursday 11^th 15:00-16:00 Room E

6.E. - Round table: Governance and diplomacy of climate health adaptation: roles for public health community.   EUPHA-PHPP, EUPHA-ENV, EUPHA-CHR, EUPHA-PHMR

On Friday 12^th In room D between 13.50 and 14.50 There is a workshop entitled Chronic Diseases Research which is chaired by Saverio Stranges.

Finally, next is the Workshop organised by Saverio Stranges

It is the 11.D workshop entitled Global Burden of Multimorbidity: from Epidemiology to Policy.

This is to be held next Friday November 12^th between 3 and 4pm central European time.
