Research Institute for Healthcare Organization & Medical Management of Moscow Healthcare Department (NIIOZMM)

The Research Institute for Healthcare Development and Medical Management of Moscow Healthcare Department (NIIOZMM) is one of the leading scientific organizations of healthcare in Moscow (Russia), which carries out research activities in healthcare development, constantly improving and increasing the efficiency of industry management models.

The Research Institute is authorized by Moscow Healthcare Department to promote international scientific cooperation, including membership in various professional organizations, associations and communities; to conduct joint international research; to develop Russian educational programs (postgraduate studies, advanced training, continuing education); to organize scientific events in the field of healthcare (congresses, forums, conferences, webinars, etc.) and conduct offline and online foreign internships, using digital technologies. All these activities make it possible to improve the system of training and retraining of medical staff, taking into account the requirements of the world labor market; to increase management quality and contribute to the transformation of the Institute into an international research and education complex.

The Research Institute NIIOZMM is currently a part of professional networks, having membership in The International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE); International Sociological Association (ISA); The Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE); International Statistical Institute (ISI); The International Clinical Trial Center Network at the University Hospital in Zurich (ICN).

The Research Institute NIIOZMM carries out research in close collaboration with the World Health Organization, the World Bank, the London School of Economics and Political Science, Giannina Gaslini Hospital (Italy), the National Institute of Health named after A. Academician S. Avdalbekyan of the Republic of Armenia, Public Health and Reforms Center legal entity of public law of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan Republic, etc.

The Research Institute for Healthcare Organization and Medical Management of Moscow Healthcare Department  is a member of EUPHA since November 2021.
