Public Health Economics Section of EUPHA

The EUPHA Public health economics section aims to specify and characterise the specific nature of public health interventions with respect to economic impact assessments. Specific aims include clarifying the effects of using pharmacoeconomic guidelines, methods and thresholds for public health interventions; recommending public health economic guidelines and methods; and applying recommendations in case studies in public health, both for infectious and non-infectious diseases.

EUPHA Sections bring together researchers, policymakers and practitioners working in the same field for knowledge sharing and capacity building. By joining this Section, you can exchange knowledge with your peers in the field of public health economics. You don’t need to be a EUPHA Member to join a Section.

We currently have 2907 section members.
It would be great to add you to those members!

Do you work in public health economics?

Promote your work through the European Public Health Journal, the European Public Health Conference and/or during the European Public Health Week.
