EUPHAnxt newsletter

Dear EUPHAnxt subscribers,

Welcome to another edition of the monthly EUPHAnxt newsletter! We hope 2023 is off to a good start and we are very excited for coming months, with many opportunities and events to share with our subscribers.

This month our EUPHAnxt coordinator, Monica Brînzac, participated in the EUPHA Section Council meeting held 15 & 16 February in Utrecht, The Netherlands and represented the voice of the next generation of public health professionals. She highlighted the importance of involving the next generation in the activities of EUPHA and beyond. Furthermore, the final draft of the EUPHAnxt mentoring programme was presented. Soon we will update you about this exciting opportunity – a new pilot that we will launch very soon. Of course, we will inform you about this first via this newsletter and our social media channels. At the Section Council meeting, we also discussed our EUPHAnxt workshop proposals and pre-conference plans for the upcoming European Public Health conference, taking place in November in Dublin, Ireland this year (more about this conference later on in this newsletter).

EUPHAnxt is open to partner with student organisations in Europe. If you are a part of an organisation that may be interested in joining forces, or if you have any recommendations for the next newsletter, please contact us.

NOTE: If you wish to receive the monthly newsletter directly to your inbox and avoid it going directly to spam, please add euphanxt@eupha.org to your contacts/address book.

We look forward to another great year,

The EUPHAnxt team: Monica, Charlotte and Jinane
