Dear CAPH members,

We’re thrilled to congratulate all our members who have had abstracts, workshops, or symposiums accepted for the 2025 European Public Health Conference in Helsinki! Your contributions help keep child and adolescent public health visible, evidence-driven, and at the forefront of public health dialogue across Europe.

Register early to secure your spot
Last year’s conference reached full capacity well in advance, and we encourage all members – whether presenting or attending – to register as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Let’s connect on child and adolescent health
Are you presenting a piece related to child and adolescent public health? We’d love to hear from you! Whether you’re looking to amplify your message or explore collaborations, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to support and connect. Please contact President Prof. Sonia Saxena at s.saxena@imperial.ac.uk and discuss more!

Workshops we already know CAPH is supporting:

  • Petcha Kutcha: Policies to protect children from online harms: Experiences from Finland, Europe and beyond – John, Silja, Karin present and Sonia is chairing.

  • Workshop Improving access to health promotion for children with a migrant or ethnic minority background – Karin is one of the presenters

You’ll also have a chance to meet us in person at the CAPH Join the Network (JTN) meeting during the conference. Stay tuned for the final date and agenda. Happy to see you there and hear your ideas for future priorities and collaborations.

Once again, congratulations to all, and we look forward to seeing many of you in Helsinki this November!

Warm regards,
The EUPHA CAPH Committee
