You are all very welcome to the March edition of the EUPHAnxt newsletter. Our goal for 2024 is to continue to grow our network in many capacities and we are excited to have you along for the journey. We anticipate many great opportunities and events throughout the year, and we will share these through our newsletters and social media platforms. Make sure to subscribe to our different platforms using the icons above.

To accommodate the growth of our network, EUPHAnxt team added two new members at the beginning of this year. Our team now consists of five:

  • Monica-Georgiana Brînzac (Coordinator)
  • Charlotte Myers (Communication Manager)
  • Jinane Ghattas (Conference Manager)
  • Domitilla Marconi (Talent Manager)

#EPH2023 update: our conference fellows conducted interviews throughout the EPH conference in Dublin, Ireland last November. The second interview, conducted by our very own Domitilla Marconi, with Professor Bernadette Kumar, the president of the migrant and ethnic minority health section, is now available on the EUPHA website. We will continue to share these interviews as they become available. Congratulation Domitilla for a job well done and thank you, Bernadette for your participation.

For those you who are new to our network, EUPHAnxt is a unique network within EUPHA for students and young professionals, including early career researchers and policymakers, in the field of public health. EUPHAnxt is a free and open initiative that aims to inform and involve the future generations into the European and multidisciplinary network of public health associations.

You are encouraged to share related opportunities and events with us and we would be pleased to disseminate it to our network. EUPHAnxt is open to partner with student organisations in Europe. If you are a part of an organisation that may be interested in joining forces, please contact us.
