The EUPHA Social security, work and health section aims to increase the knowledge base on factors that influence the occurrence of sickness absence and disability pension at individual or population levels, to get a base for health-promoting and preventive actions. The Section looks at the consequences of sickness absence, how physicians sickness certify, problems experienced by professionals or the sick-listed person, and economic or legislative aspects.
EUPHA Sections bring together researchers, policymakers and practitioners working in the same field for knowledge sharing and capacity building. By joining this Section, you can exchange knowledge with your peers in the field of social security, work and health. You don’t need to be a EUPHA Member to join a Section.
We currently have 1832 section members.
It would be great to add you to those members!
