  Matej Vinko is a public health specialist with a focus on mental health and a strong track record of international collaboration. He leads the National Mental Health Programme 2018-2028 and the Mental Health Centre at the National Institute of Public Health of Slovenia (NIJZ), where he represents Slovenia as a key leader and focal point in numerous international projects.
