We are happy to announce that with the support of the EUPHA Office and the endorsement of many EUPHA sections, we will be hosting the first

EUPHA Spring School on Translational Health Services Research Methods for Public Health Professionals (HSRM)

Granada, Spain from 17-21 June 2024

This initiative builds on our successful pre-conference presented at the European Public Health Conference (EPH) in November 2022 in Berlin (EUPHA-HSR; EUPHA-HIA, EUPHA-HTA, EUPHA-EPI, EUPHA-ECO and EUPHA-PHPP) as well as on our international Global Dialogue Workshop presented at the World Conference of Public Health (WCPH) in Rome in May 2023.

This EUPHA-HSRM Spring School is a five day in-person meeting for public health professionals and practitioners who would like to deepen their skills in various research methods.

The aim of EUPHA-HSRM Spring School is:

• to present and share health research methods most frequently used in the various disciplines relevant for public health;
• to broaden and deepen the knowledge on methods and methodologies;
• to explore answers to complex questions on how to improve public health;
• understand how to apply research methods to solve real public health problems from the participants.

The 2024 first edition of our EUPHA-HSRM Spring School will be free of charge for all accepted participants. We will provide lectures, materials, and catering thanks to the generous support of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA), the Andalusian School of Public Health (EASP), and Granada University, who are hosting us in their wonderful location and facilities, and the financial support from the European Commission granted to the EUPHA for this purpose. Participants will have to cover only their own travel and accommodation.
