Hereby we would like to inform you that the European Commission has opened a public consultation on the first implementing act for the joint clinical assessment (JCA) of medicinal products.

This draft act is open for feedback up to April 2nd.

We would like to gather feedbacks from EUPHA-HTA members and submit them in one document. Therefore you are invited to provide us with any feedback by March 22nd. You can access the act at this link. Please, link your comment(s) to the page/article in the implementing act.
