About the Event

Held under the EUPHW theme “Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health,” this webinar will explore how innovative and inclusive educational approaches can help reduce risk and promote road safety among all young people.

The session is also aligned with the goals of UN Global Road Safety Week, reinforcing our collective responsibility to ensure that every adolescent can commute safely and confidently.

Topics include:

  • Educational tools using cognitive assessment and VR
  • Promising practices in school-based risk prevention
  • Strategies for embedding road safety in broader public health and education policies

Who should attend?

This event is open to public health professionals, educators, injury prevention experts, youth safety advocates, policymakers, and researchers working to advance safe mobility for youth.

Let’s come together to examine how digital innovation, participatory education, and a public health lens can drive real change in youth road safety.

We look forward to your participation!

Best regards,

Maria Papadakaki and the EUPHA INJ team
