Looking back, moving forward! Thank you, dear #GlobalHealth colleagues and partners!
As 2025 comes to a close, we look back on a remarkable year of partnerships and collaboration for the Global Health Section EUPHA. As we’re fast approaching 2000 members, we’re entering an exploratory phase for meaningful ways to work together and to have fun too!
Your energy, insights, and commitments can only help transform global health dialogue and action… therefore, a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to our partners across the #publichealth ecosystem!
We are grateful to DG Santé, WHO Regional Office for Europe, HERA, JA GHI and the European Medicines Agency, The Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region – ASPHER, EADPH Non-profit organisation, HL7 Europe for meaningful exchanges, partnership and prioritising collaboration on #OneHealth, #AMR, #Womenshealth, #Pharmacovigilance, #access – curricula too – and many other topics! A big nod to EU-Safety 2025, the European Midwives Association, Health Technology Assessment international (HTAi), WONCA Europe and of course, European Forum for Primary Care (EFPC). We are grateful to be working in such amazing interprofessional teams!
We’re also proud to have contributed to two major Supplements (the EPH2025 and the EU-Safety one), spotlighting global health themes and amplifying important voices across our network and to lead for #OneHealth during the European Public Health Week in May.

Thank you to all early risers in Helsinki! You braved the cold to make it to a ’07:55 Join The Network’, it meant a lot! Your commitment set the tone for the day, but we did forget to take a picture! Thankfully, we did take some at the Global Health Dinner!
