Dear HSR section members,

As announced in our latest newsletter, the EUPHA Section on HSR is delighted to invite you to an online training webinar on EU proposal writing, organised in collaboration with EUPHAnxt and EUPHA.

The event was originally planned for this week, but we decided to move it to Monday 27 January 2025, 14.00-16.00 hrs CET (Brussels time), this to allow more interested audiences to participate.

There are no costs involved in participating, and the webinar is open to all interested audiences, and in particular those who are relatively new to recent EU funding instruments. This can include both junior-, medior- or senior researchers, including those who may have focused mostly on national funding schemes.

The online event aims to support participants to become more familiar with EU funding programmes, including elements to consider when identifying and interpreting call topics, how to join and build a consortium and how to write and submit a proposal.

Note that focus will be on funding programmes that allow for research groups to apply, such as Horizon Europe and EU4Health, rather than funding schemes for individual scholars (such as Marie Curie or ERC grants).

If you would like to attend the webinar, then please use the registration form below:

Please note that our online webinar platform has a maximum number of participants, so it is recommended to register as early as possible. It is also possible to circulate this invitation to fellow colleagues who may wish to join the webinar.

We look forward to collaborating with Section HSR members in 2025 and would like to wish you a delightful holiday season and a prosperous New Year!

Kind regards,

On behalf of EUPHA-HSR, EUPHAnxt and EUPHA

Johan Hansen, Lorena Dini, Monica-Georgiana Brînzac and Julian Hein
