Dear HLIT Section members,

We have finalized the pre-conference room allocation and our health literacy pre-conference will be held in Meeting Room(s) 22+23 in the Congress Wing of Finlandia Hall. The room will easily accommodate all participants and so far we have ~45 participants – make sure to register if you have not done so already. The pre-conference hours are from 13:30 AM to 17:00 PM, starting with a networking lunch at 12:30PM. Delegates should collect their badge at the Registration Desk in the main Finlandia Hall. Science information

All relevant information about the pre-conference, themes, keynote speakers, round table participants and many more can be accessed through the EPHC website and this link.

Technical information

The room is set-up in theatre style and equipped with: Basic speaker furniture (high table, presidium table & chairs), connections and electricity for presenter laptop(s), 1 laptop, 1 fixed screen & 1 projector, speaker sound system, two wireless microphones (handheld or headset) and wired mics for the presidium table and/or high table.

Registration remains open until the start of the pre-conference. On-site registration is also possible, but payment is only by credit card.
