EUPHA Governing board
The EUPHA Governing Board comprises of the Delegates appointed by the Members of each country. The Members of each country appoint one Delegate and one substitute from their midst. Institutional members have a non-voting seat in the Governing Board. All powers within the association not assigned to other bodies shall accrue to the Governing Board.
Each year, the Governing Board approves the following in their Annual Meeting:
- The annual financial report;
- The work plan and budget for the coming year, as presented by the Executive Council.
