Submit an event

We appreciate your interest in submitting an event for the European Public Health Week. The procedure starts by logging into your EUPHA account. 

If you do not have an EUPHA account, this can be created as part of the submission procedure.

Please note the following during your submission:

• Event titles only allow for 7 words upon submission. However, if your event title is longer than 7 words, please send us an email (after you have submitted the event to us) at EUPHAcommunications@eupha.org and we will change it for you.
• For whole-day events, please select 9.00-24.00h as event times.
• Please make sure to specify location (in-person, online, hybrid) and location specifics (link or physical location of event) under question 7.

There is no submission deadline, but submitting an event during the EUPHW may delay the approval.
