Tuesday 10 November, 09:00-17:00, Room 0a
Organiser: CIRCE Joint Action
EU4Health priority: Health systems and workforce
This pre-conference will focus on the most significant results and cross-cutting lessons emerging from the implementation of transferred best practices in primary healthcare. By bringing these insights to a wider audience of researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, this conference aims to stimulate dialogue on effective implementation strategies and to support the translation of evidence into health policy and practice.
Tuesday 10 November, 09:00-17:00, Room 0e>2
Organisers: JACARDI, JA PreventNCD, EUPHA Chronic Diseases Section, EUPHA Public Health Monitoring and Reporting Section
