Description:During this day we will organise a workshop for seniors from day care centres in Gdańsk and the Tri-City, combining education and physical activity. The event will start with a short lecture on the importance of exercise in preventing chronic diseases and maintaining fitness in old age. Participants will then take part in sports activities adapted to their abilities, including general developmental exercises, techniques to improve balance and coordination and simple physical activities.
