Description:This is an interactive workshop aiming to enable children develop skills in SMART goal setting and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle habits towards a healthy life. The event will take place at a rural primary school and will address children between 6-12 years old. The workshop will be delivered by faculty members of the Department of Nursing, Cyprus University of Technology namely Dr Ourania Kolokotroni, Dr Nicos Middleton, Dr Christiana Nicolaou and Dr Koralia Michael.
