The objective is to compare stress factors between first-year students and third-year nursing students. The format is open discussion between students that will share their experiences facing stressful situations from their stand point. The students are to purpose solutions for overcoming the work stress. The lecturer will provide strategies and techniques for overcoming and lowering the impact of stress. The event will be in the format of a panel discussion with implemented role-playing scenarios.
