Objectives: To raise awareness of the importance of investing in healthcare workers To promote a culture of support and ethical leadership. To provide practical tools to maintain mental well-being and prevent burnout Content: The lecture will examine the concept of health system resilience, the role of human resources as a key element of its effectiveness. Participants will be introduced to examples of successful practices in supporting healthcare workers, including training programs, mentoring, workload management and psycho-emotional support. The challenges faced by healthcare workers and ways to overcome them will also be discussed. Format: Lecture with elements of discussion, experience sharing and question-and-answer sessions.
