The event will be held on two different days in Varna, Bulgaria with students aged 15-18, their parents and teachers.

The aim is fostering of positive social-emotional skills, supportive environment and positive relationships.

The initiative includes:

  • emotional regulation, coping and assertiveness skills training for students, educating them to recognize mental health issues and encouraging help-seeking behaviors;
  • mindfulness and stress management;
  • educating teachers and parents to recognize early warning signs of mental health issues, creating supportive environment and positive relationships;
