Fastiv district branch of the State Enterprise "Kyiv Central Central Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of Diseases of the Ministry of Health" (Boyarka, 2 Vokzalna St.); the goal of the event is to prevent emotional exhaustion and loss of motivation among employees in wartime conditions, timely identification of symptoms of fatigue and discussion of problems with colleagues. Creating a favorable psychological climate in the team through open communication, mutual respect and maintaining a "work-life" balance.
