EUPHAnxt internships

Gain hands-on experience in European public health.

Are you a student or early-career professional eager to apply your knowledge and grow your experience in the field of public health? An internship with EUPHA or through EUPHAnxt offers a unique opportunity to get involved in real-world projects, connect with experts, and strengthen your skills.

Please note that internships are not available year-round and depend on capacity and project needs.

“I got an invaluable first-hand look at the multifaceted public health work in action and left my internship with a toolbox much fuller than when I started.”
Thuy-Ingrid Nguyen-Thi, former intern

How to apply

We accept expressions of interest on a rolling basis. While we occasionally publish specific internship openings in our newsletter and on social media, there may be periods when no positions are available.

If you would like to be considered for future opportunities, please complete the intern application form, including:

  • Your CV and motivation letter
  • Your preferred start date and duration
  • Your background and specific interests
  • Any relevant availability or institutional requirements

Due to administrative constraints, internships are only available to applicants from EU countries.

When an opportunity arises, we review submitted profiles and share relevant candidates internally or contact suitable applicants directly.
