Abstract Tutoring Programme
We are again offering the Abstract Tutoring Programme to support early-career and less experienced abstract submitters ahead of the EPH Conference 2026. The programme is free and aimed especially at those with limited access to mentors or colleagues for feedback during the abstract preparation process.
Key things to know:
Tutors are experienced reviewers from the International Scientific Committee and EUPHA Sections – the process is fully anonymous and independent of the abstract review and selection process.
Feedback focuses on clarity, writing, and format. Tutors do not offer technical advice on research methods, data analysis, or the reporting of results, nor do they correct spelling or grammar.
Open 1 February – 9 April 2026. Submit your draft abstract (Word document) to abstract@ephconference.eu with the subject line “Abstract Tutoring Programme”. Do not submit via the online system until you have received tutor feedback.

14th April, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm CET
The webinar will provide insights into the technical and practical aspects of a PhD journey through an interview with our speaker. The second part of the session will aim to create a safe and open space to discuss doubts, questions, and personal reflections with a senior public health professional. Registration is required at this link.
