We express our deep concern about the devastating impact of the war in Ukraine on people’s physical and mental health in this joint statement with EPHA, ASPHER and WFPHA. The statement addresses the lasting impacts on healthcare and public health, and concerns about the widening of health inequalities. We welcome the resolution that was adopted at the Special Sessions of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe on 10 May 2022.
