We’re hiring: two interns to support project-related work

EUPHA is looking for two motivated interns to support its project work in the coming months. These paid internships will enable you to gain hands-on experience in European projects, work with public health stakeholders across Europe, and become part of the international, multi-disciplinary and dedicated EUPHA team.

Communications Intern – CUE-CAN Project

CUE-CAN explores how environmental exposures may contribute to childhood, adolescent and young adult cancers. CUE-CAN aims to generate evidence that can support better prevention, early detection and policy action on environmental cancer risks affecting children and young people. Within the project, EUPHA leads the work on dissemination, stakeholder engagement and communication, helping to make the project’s results visible, accessible and useful for scientific, policy, clinical, public health and public audiences.

The internship will focus especially on the first eight months of the project, during which EUPHA will support the launch of the project website and social media channels, prepare the Communication and Dissemination Plan, coordinate input from project partners, and support reporting on the first project deliverables and milestones.

EHUPP Programme Intern – EU4Health Project

The EHUP Programme is funded through the EU4Health Programme and aims to strengthen dialogue between science, policy and practice by bringing together researchers, policymakers, public health professionals, civil society organisations and European institutions. Through high-level sessions, policy dialogues, stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities, the programme contributes to the implementation of the European Health Union priorities.

The internship will focus on supporting the preparation, delivery and follow-up of the EHUP Programme in the months leading up to the European Public Health Conference in Bilbao (10–13 November 2026), while also contributing to reporting and dissemination activities after the conference.
