In contemporary contexts, adolescents spend a substantial amount of time engaging with mobile devices, social media, and online platforms. While these tools facilitate learning and communication, their excessive use is frequently associated with sleep disturbances, anxiety, low mood, and difficulties in concentration.

The planned lecture/seminar aims to support adolescents in developing a deeper understanding of how screen use influences their emotions and everyday behaviors. Through guided discussions, role-playing activities, and self-reflection exercises, students will analyze their own behavioral patterns and reflect on strategies for achieving a healthier balance between screen time and mental well-being.
